Missing delivery
Processed an order and paid for 10th April, now 19th May - no order, no response to queries. Email address with next says that they have no record of my order although i have all emails and i have sent them to the complaints team.. now just ignoring me.
If you want to get completely RIPPED OFF please continue to process your order with this disgrace of a company.

Placed and order and wasn’t delivered
I’ve placed an order and it was supposed to be deliver weeks ago. No one replies at Customer Service when you try to contact them. Their delivery company, Hermes, has had the parcel for weeks and hasn’t delivered it. Not impressed as I’ve been charged for the product. Avoid.

Careful with this company.
Placed an order for multiple items. Some of the product went out of stock on the website after I placed my order, and just after it was processed, my package conveniently went “missing” while being handed off to the carrier.
More than a week later of not receiving my package, I had to write numerous emails, and wait 3 more days to get pushed around, and now waiting for my refund. You would think you’re ordering from some type of scam website which they probably are. Save yourself the headache, and take your business elsewhere.

Quick and easy!
I read some mixed reviews before purchasing but I'm impressed! My parcel came super quick and perfectly packaged-I'll definitely be using this site again!
NOT delivered by DPD as website says...
Easy process, from order to delivery. Delivery was on time, however not delivered by DPD (as the website and my order confirmation said) but instead by Hermes. If anyone has experience with Hermes, then you'll know they have a habit of leaving parcels in "safe" places, or not delivering parcels at all. So my advice for anyone would be to pay with PayPal if you can, so as to give you some protection should the delivery company lose or not deliver your order. Otherwise no issues with my order

I really like the website and service, my order was delivered next day with the option to choose my 1 hour delivery slot...for free! It arrived on time, well packaged with a surprise free sample inside. Thanks Fabled I will be ordering again soon.

Welcome discount not welcome
Tried to order from fabled for first time and was not allowed to use welcome15 (15% discount off first order) Feb 2020. Was told someone else at my address has already used the site. This is really bad as I had just registered and was new to them and I’ve never seen any other sites base it on address not individual. So I’ve taken my business elsewhere. Was very difficult to find the T’s and C’s as well - all hidden away and not easily accessible as usual for companies who operate like this. Will never use again.

Oh how I wished I’d read these reviews. Ordered product, didn’t arrive on date given by company. They blamed Hermes, however when I asked for tracking number they gave incorrect number - now feeling I’ve been scammed. Do not recommend this company, I felt I was assured at they were linked to Marie Claire ? so wrong

Really disappointed with this…
Really disappointed with this experience. Ordered on a Sunday for next day delivery and didn't receive the items until the following Friday. I got in touch several times and was told it was the couriers fault. I would suggest using another courier if this one is always a let down. When the items eventually arrived, one was completely missing and another had leaked all over the rest. So I didn't get the products I was expecting and the ones I did were all damaged. Wouldn't use again, much better options out there.

Bought a concealer off this website at the beginning of December, received a confirmation email saying it should be delivered on the 9th and then nothing after for weeks. I tried contacting them several times and had no response. Luckily I paid via PayPal so started a PayPal dispute, PayPal couldn’t even make contact with them so they ended up refunding me. Definitely wouldn’t shop from here again!
Poor ordering management.
I know it’s busy near Christmas but I ordered from Fabled back around Black Friday for Christmas delivery. A week before Christmas, my order is cancelled by Fabled due to a issue with their ordering system and I’m told to re-order my items. Well Fabled, I would if the items were not out of stock. I emailed Fabled to complain- no response. Thankfully, I found a different beauty company who were able to deliver the items to me at the same cost within 2 days. I will not be ordering from Fabled again.

I had a pleasant experience when I first shopped with Fabled but am really disappointed by my recent experience. The wrong item was delivered to me, and I have struggled to find anyone at Fabled (through numerous calls and emails) who can help me return this. Fabled did not act as other companies would - compensating you on the spot, sending out the correct item. Instead they expect you to do the legwork. I'm quite aggrieved that they have twice now failed to arrange for the item to be picked up, as I am unable (and unwilling) to go out of my way to return something via post when this is clearly Fabled's fault. Appalling customer service from start to finish and I'd recommend you shop elsewhere; there is nothing sold there that you can't get from a more reliable provider.
Extremely good service
This is the best place i have ever shopped for products. I got free next day delivery by ocado and managed to get additional discounts on my products. I will definitely be buying from this website again in the near future.

Disappointed is an understatement
Disappointed is an understatement!
I ordered A GHD Glide brush nearly two weeks ago only to be told (after I had to ring for an update) that the item was 'on hold' and had not even left the warehouse despite being given a confirmed delivery date of 13th November.
Whilst the lady (Candy) was very polite and apologetic, I was unable to actually be given an answer as to whether 1. my order was processing 2. if the item was even in stock 3. when i would expect the item if at all.
I understand that issues can arise but to receive absolutely no communication or updates regarding an issue on a £120 order is very upsetting. I hope to be hearing from the team very soon regarding this or I will unfortunately be needing the cancel this order.

After i has ordered i read some of the reviews and was concerned. But i need not have been. My parcel arrived quickly all packed nicely in a box. Everything was intact and certainly 100% the genuine article.I will order from here again without an worry at all.
